2010 Summer Camp - Keeping the Earth

"For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the children of God..." Romans 8:19

Have you ever heard the term, “Go Green?”, noticed that there are recycling bins placed around your school or church, or simply been reminded to turn off the light switch after leaving a room?  AND WHY? Why do we take the effort to clean up the Earth—reduce, reuse, recyle? God calls us to, that’s why!  This summer we are going to explore how God’s command to “Keep the Earth” is about loving our neighbors and about praising God in response to his love for us! We look forward to running around the woods, exploring these faith questions, and eating a whole lot of s’mores with you in just a few short months.   ~ Alissa, Program Director

Registration for summer camp programs at Camp Agapé is between 3:30-4:30 on Sunday. The exception is ½ Week B programs that start on Wednesday afternoon between 3:30-4:30. 

Each camp program concludes with a closing program on the last day. Parents, are invited to participate in this closing program (time provided at registration). Campers will share songs and the week’s theme and also receive a special gift. Parents please come and support your camper.
