2008 Summer Camp — JUST for Life!
Which of the following are you more likely to say?.
"Wow! Is that for me? I'm not sure I deserved that. In fact, I'm sure I don't deserve God's love.
And yet God's justice is great."
"Hey, that's not fair. I was first. It's my turn. I deserve an equal share. Give me what's mine."
In the "JUST for Life" scene, God gives love, forgiveness, and justice to all. Whether
you said WOW or HEY, God's justice will be the same for all.
If justice is for all, and I am one of God's people, how do I live out the command of Amos 5:24 to "Let
justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream" in my daily life?
That is the question we will explore during our summer of fun, faith, and building relationships at camp.
