Each year devoted supporters of Agapé † Kure Beach Ministries share of their treasure through an annual gift of at least $100.00 to insure the future of this important faith nurturing ministry. These special friends of camp join the “River of Hope” because they know that their gifts are truly “making a difference” in the lives of many. “River of Hope” began in 1998 and today has over 200 members who have made this ministry a priority.

Stories of hope and renewal is what the “River of Hope” giving club is all about. We have a goal of expanding our retreat ministry to reach out to new groups of people in our Synod. We have a vision of serving more children through our small-group relational style of summer camp ministry. We have a call to proclaim the Gospel to all who will hear. We need more people like you to share in this vision.

Becoming a River of Hope Member:

We invite you to share in the vision by becoming a “River of Hope” member and inviting others to join with you. All those who join us will have the joy of meeting the summer staff and share in a feast of celebration through our recognition and appreciation dinner on Saturday, August 9, 2008, location T.B.A.
